Customer Support Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Support Representative to assist our users with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide guidance on our services. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and job postings
Assist users with account setup, profile updates, and job applications
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain customer records and track interactions in CRM tools
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer feedback
Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience
Uphold a positive company image through excellent service delivery
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Active listening and problem-solving, Customer relationship management (CRM tools: Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot), Multitasking and time management, Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally, Email, live chat, and phone support skills, Empathy and patience when assisting customers, Basic technical troubleshooting (a plus)
