Farm Production Worker (Maggot, Fish & Fish Smoking)

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Farm Production Workers to join our agricultural team. The role involves maggot farming, fish rearing, harvesting, and fish smoking operations. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn, follow farm procedures, and contribute to efficient food production.

Assist in daily maggot farming activities and maintenance
Feed and manage fish ponds or tanks
Harvest fish when required
Operate fish smoking and drying equipment
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in farm and processing areas
Monitor stock health and report issues promptly
Package smoked fish for storage or distribution
Follow safety and quality control standards
Support other farm tasks as assigned

Basic knowledge of farming or willingness to learn Fish farming and pond management skills Maggot (larvae) production and handling Fish smoking and preservation techniques Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards Physical strength and stamina for farm work Time management and teamwork Basic record-keeping (feeding, harvest, production logs)
