We also facilitate a community environment and offer features like a virtual coin system and referral programs to enhance user experience.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.

Different user roles (e.g., Jobseeker, Employer, Trainee, Instructor) may have different access levels and responsibilities as outlined on the platform.

4. Platform Use and User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content, information, and materials that you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content").

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.

By posting User Content, you grant Kymjojobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and Kymjojobs' business.

5. Service Specific Terms

Job Postings: Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. Kymjojobs reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms or our platform policies. Employer services for posting standard jobs and finding talent may be offered free of charge, while premium features may incur costs.

Job Applications: Jobseekers agree to provide truthful and accurate information in their applications and profiles. Kymjojobs acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee job placement.

Skill Training & Courses: Trainees may enroll in courses offered on the platform. Specific terms, conditions, and fees (if any, potentially using Kymjojobs Coins) for courses will be detailed on the respective course pages. Instructors are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their course content.

Coin System & Referral Program: Your use of Kymjojobs Coins and participation in our referral program are subject to specific rules and guidelines published on the platform. Coins are a virtual currency for use within the Kymjojobs platform, have no cash value, and are generally non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kymjojobs and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Kymjojobs.

7. Payments

Certain services on Kymjojobs, such as purchasing coins or enrolling in specific premium courses, may require payment. All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways like Flutterwave. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor. 8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. KYMJOJOBS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KYMJOJOBS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms
